​Contextual framework: Each type of user will get a contextual menu befitting their needs and tasks allowing them to complete their goals
​Business Intelligence: Predictive forecasting allows for better insight into workflow distribution. RAG system to denote possible transaction activity deemed suspicious as part of the automated tracking.
​Product targeting and upsell: Integrate with the brand platform to offer other products and services from the brand ecosystem. Engaging and educating the user as to what is being offered and what could be suitable for them
​Customer Self-service- Utilising data integration from third-party sources we can extract data to help users with form filling during onboarding & Capability to chat and collaborate with Estate Agents to get real-time assistance.
